During the course of your stay at the Riviera Maya spa centre, in the Petempich Bay just outside Cancun, you will experience the delights of a wide range of thalasso spa treatments given out by professionals and experts.
The Spa & Thalasso package comprises 1 hot stone massage (50-mn), 1 alga wrap (25-mn), 1 water-massages bath thalasso treatment (25-mn), 1 Paraiso de la Bonita massage (50-mn, combining Swedish massages and lymphatic drainages), 1 Marine Watercolour (50-mn, a facial treatment based on marine trace elements).
The thalassotherapy treatments will be spread out over the period of stay. You are free to schedule themwith the help of the hotel staff upon your arrival at the spa centre, especially if you wish to make sure you have enough free time to explore Mexico.

Paraiso de la Bonita

The place : Riviera Maya is a stretch land located on the Yucatan Peninsula, in southeast Mexico, not far from Belize and about 1,000 km away from the US coasts. Forest, jungle, flora, fauna, places of archeologic interest are among the assets and the charms of the Riviera Maya, a destination quite comparable to the best places in the Caribbean.

Paraiso de la Bonita is situated 19 kilometers south of Cancun International Airport. Both hotel and thalasso spa are right on the beach of the Petenpich Bay, in Riviera Maya, and they sum up all the elegance of traditional Mexican architecture and all the traditions of the Maya culture. The hotel main building with its large walls and wood beams opens onto the seawater pool and on the Caribbean Sea. A patio with small ponds decorated with mosaic and full of fishes and a fountain decorated with stone lions allow guests to go to the restaurants and bars of the hotel.

The 90 suites of the hotel Paraiso de la Bonita have a charming aura of traditions and escapism with their hand-made walls in accordance with local crafts customs, wrought iron decoration and colonial arch reminding of the architecture of the former Mexican haciendas of the Yucatan Peninsula. Each suite is created with an elegant style and decorated with objects proceeding from different parts of the world and of course from Mexico.

The 82 air conditioned one-bedroom suites à cover a surface of 105 sq. m./ 1 130 sq. ft. They are fitted with a ceiling fan, glassed marble floor and an arch opening on the room. The bathroom has a large marble bath tub, a separate shower and two hand built washbasins. Each suite has large bay windows and a private terrace with a table and 2 chairs for a makeshift meal. 36 of these suites are located on ground floor and have a small private pool. Storey suites have a hammock or a sun-deck and offer wonderful views on the Caribbean. In each suite are a mini-bar, telephone with Internet access and 2 TVs with DVD and CD players.

7 two-bedroom Master of 150 sq. m / 1 615 sq. ft have a living room with terrace and each bedroom has its own marble bathroom. 3 of these suites, located on the ground floor have their own private pool.

The Bali suite measures 250 sq.m (2 690 sq.ft) and is decorated with antiques and fabrics from Indonesia. It offers all the comfort and elegance of a Mexican house. The suite features 2 bedrooms with their own living-room, their own hall and bathroom and private terrace with pool, thus offering both space and intimacy.
